 Negligence is the failure to use the care that a reasonable person would use under similar circumstances. If either prong is weak—if fault isn’t clear or if your injuries aren’t well-documented—your case may not be worth pursuing. Thus, calling a PI lawyer asap is not just a suggestion, but an absolute necessity.
